Conditions
- prices are fixed "by night", breakfast included
- a 10% extra charge is applyied for staying only one night
- we ask for a deposit -30% of the total amount; it will be transferred onto the bankaccount that'll be indicated on the booking confirmation

Booking becomes effective after it's confirmed and after the deposit is received.
